All community members of ward 4 who are facing challenges with your monthly water and electricity accounts, please take a picture of your water and electricity readings and take it to enquiries so that they can capture the correct readings on the system.
In the past many meters were not read, however a new company has been appointed and are taking monthly readings.
Please keep a record of your monthly readings so that you can be correctly billed.
Please make sure you take a reading on the same day of every month .
